I received a letter...

contact letters and certified mail cards

If you received a Contact Request letter from our Codes Inspector, call him at your earliest opportunity, as this might be a urgent matter.  Please contact the office according to the letter instructions.

If you received a Notice of Inspection letter, the Codes Inspector has provided a time and date for which he will conduct an inspection of your property, dwelling, or mobile home.  In the letter, the inspector will inform the resident/property owner of the reason for the inspection.  If the resident/property is needed or required to be at the property, dwelling, or mobile home but the time, date, or both are inconvenient, please contact the office according to the letter instructions to reschedule the inspection.

If you received a Notice of Violation letter, the Codes Inspector has provided the resident/property owner with notice of ordinance or zoning violation(s) for which the resident/property owner will be given time to correct before a inspection is conducted.  Please contact the office according to the letter instructions if you have questions.
