Seeking Community Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our annual Back to School Giveaway! This special community event helps local students start the school year with confidence by providing free backpacks and school supplies, and a fun, welcoming environment for families.

As our event continues to grow each year, we’re excited to invite community members like you to be part of making it a success. Whether you have an hour or a few hours to give, your time and support truly make a difference.

We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities both before, during, and after the event, from assembling backpacks to helping families navigate the event, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
 

What to Expect:

• A fun, community-focused atmosphere

• Support from Town staff and elected officials

2. Select the shift(s) that best fits your schedule (Interested in helping in multiple ways? Feel free to sign up for more than one role!)

3. Sign up with your contact information so we can follow up with details

All volunteers will receive confirmation and event details (including arrival instructions and responsibilities)  prior to the event.
