Comprehensive Plan

This is the 2020 Ravenel Comprehensive Plan approved by Planning and Zoning Commission Resolution #PZ2020-01 on January 13, 2020 and adopted by Ravenel Town Council by Ordinance 6-20 on May 26, 2020.

The Comprehensive Plan provides a shared vision for the future of the community, protects property rights, and encourages sound development.  The Comprehensive Plan also includes an inventory of existing conditions and demographic information.  Elements of the Plan include Population, Housing, Economic Development, Natural Resources, Cultural Resources, Community Facilities, Transportation, Land Use, and Priority Investment.
